Currently, we provide Yoga (Floor), Yoga (Chair) and Healthy Dance Programs.  We are planning on introducing many exiting programs, activities and events for our members in the near future.

YOGA (FLOOR) – BY MALINI PARARAJASINGAM
Learn proper breathing and gentle stretching techniques designed specifically for older adults to aid with daily movement.  Most stretches are done on Mat.  Click here to see a Video

YOGA (CHAIR) – BY SOTHY GANESHARATNAM
These Chair Yoga Sequence will benefit anyone (especially the Seniors) who likes doing yoga exercises in the comfort of a chair. As long as you have a good chair that is strong enough, where you can sit comfortably, you are able to do these yoga exercises. Please contact us for more details.

HEALTHY DANCE – BY MUNNI SUBHANI
A class designed to help workout for the muscle and increase cardio endurance, while ensuring that participants are receiving a full body workout. May include standing exercises and circuits. This is a great full body workout for everyone.
